Dedicatedto combat wildlife trafficking. The poachingandillicit trade ofmarine andterrestrial animals worth an estimated $20 billiona year is
one of NewcomerConservationandHumanitarianFunds highest prioritybiodiversityconcerns. We stress the importance ofintense training
andfieldoperations for the protection ofendangeredwildlife.
At Newcomer Conservation AndHumanitarianFund, A NJ Nonprofit Corporation, we are currentlyworkingon a project that aims to construct a
strategy in VietnamandSouth Africa to reduce the pressure ofwildlife crime onendangeredandthreatenedspecies. The estimatedfive year
Activityledby Newcomer ConservationandHumanitarianFundwill accomplish this by reducingconsumerdemandfor andconsumption of
illegal wildlife andwildlife products, strengtheningwildlife lawenforcement andprosecution,andimprovingandharmonizing the legal
framework for wildlife crime.Newcomer ConservationandHumanitarianFund, A NJ Non Profit Corporationhas been directlyinvolvedover the
past 7 years in supplyingAnti-PoachingRangers withthe best fieldequipment available includingfieldtraumakits, night vision,combat vests,
high-techhardware and intense training. Wehave producedEliteRanger Units trainedby Special Operations Veterans with skill sets to track
poachers andbringthemtojustice. These units havereducedpoacheractivityin large areas of patrolled locations in bothSouth Africa and
Vietnam. Similar projects are beingorganizedin Tanzania andNamibia. Also, our Cuba Eco Tour project will launch in November 2016.
