I have known Dan Skirvin for over 5years. Westarted a relationship when I first
hired him to help open a new Irish Pub Restaurant. Through his leadership, hard
work and dedication our Pub became very successful.
Dan moved on to bigger and better things in his career and he has grown in his
culinary knowledgeand leadership abilities.
I have also known Dan in a personalsetting during this time. Dan is an honest,
dedicated husband and father. I have watched him raiserespectful, honest and
disciplined children. Dan is great at balancing his professionallive with his
