I am writing this letter of recommendation for Allegra Beach, a young woman I have had the pleasure of
knowing and working with in two separate settings.
I was responsible for training her into her host position at The Berkshire in Stapleton, CO, and later, I
was her manager at The Squeaky Bean Farm + Table, an upscale restaurant located in downtown
Denver, from May 18th
, 2014 to December 20th
, 2015.
Allegra’s outstanding work ethic and determination secured her position and quickly lead to her
advancement at The Squeaky Bean. After only a few months, she became our most valuable (and
youngest) server and bar back.
She is an incredibly intelligent, conscientious, and quick-learning individual who excels at her
responsibilities and exceeds expectations. She is punctual and professional with a passion for food and
hospitality. Allegra is friendly, guest-service oriented, and wholly committed to her team. Any
establishment would benefit greatly by adding her to their staff.
