customers to integrate with Citi by consuming Restful API’s that are exposed from Citi bank.

internally built solution verses acquiring a vendor solution that could meet our business objectives. After

Description : Siebel call centre is a CRM product which has to be integrated with Oracle apps ERP and
Siebel ecommunications. For this IBM Web sphere MQ is used as a transport mechanism for assured
delivery. Siebel workflow is configured with a custom business service so that any event occurs in the
Siebel call centre then it pops out the XML object into a MQ queue, then MQ adapters for different EAI
like webMethods, TIBCO and IBM WBI ICS will pick the message using polling mechanism and process it
according to the customer requirement and then hands over to Oracle adapter or MQ adapter.
Responsibilities:
Developed the MQ Put and Get codes for sending and receiving side.
Involved with the Siebel people in setting up of the environment.
Completely handled the MQ portion in the project, like creating different MQ Objects.
Worked as an MQ administrator in the Production environment.

Description:
The Gleason Agency is an insurance brokerage, with a large client concentration of grocery
stores. Typically, grocery stores incur many claims that are referred to as "slip/fall claims". Gleason
devised an automated system called "GleasonESP" using button technology developed by Akebonosoft
Technologies, will incorporate the use of both a relational database and an Internet-based application for
maintaining sweep log about spills/hazards. This Internet application will allow for the independent
access of the data by all authorized user, and will produce and deliver all daily, weekly and monthly
reports on a file transfer with schedulers to schedule periodic transfer of files basis.
