As anyone who is certified can tell you, this is a lot of work. The more you can disperse, the better.

Don’t reinvent the wheel.
Also add wikis/SOPs for things important to your business that may not be covered in the audit (e.g. Admin and IT tasks: preferred hotels, preferred restaurants, office opening & closing procedures, how to add a printer, how to configure vpn, etc.
Share results with your team and spin off initiatives / task forces to address low score areas that will truly improve your business.
