Throughout my working career, with over 15 years expiriance in Lamination and
Flexoprint packaging, I have found that I enjoy working with other people, I consider
myself to be a valuable member of any team. I am very motivated and enthusiastic
about taking on new challenges, I use my initiative well and I’m not afraid of been in a
position of responsibility. I have excellent communication skills which enable me to deal
with people at all different levels. I have full clean driving licence and I am capable of
working long hours.

May 2013 - Present Roberts Mart & Co Ltd - Senior Laminator Operator
I set up and run Nordmeccanica Super Simplex SL Solventless laminator
machine. I set up and run Comexi Nexus Dual on Solventless lamination ( foil, paper-
strips, OPP-Paper),Paper Coldseal on registry or full cover, Waterbase lamination MET
OPP - Paper.I set up and run Comexi Nexus Evo Solventless laminator machine. Also
as part of my employment with Roberts & Mart, I'm required to be a competitive Sliter
operator (set & run) Comexi Proslit slitters machines.
May 2010 – May 2013 Britton Merlin – Senior Laminator Operator
I set up and run a Nordmeccanica Simplex Solventless laminator machine. I set up
and run a Comexi Nexus Dual on anti-mist and solvent lamination applications. I’m required to
set and run the above 2 machines on strict specifications and timing to ensure quality and
production targets. Also as a part of my employment with Britton Merlin I’m required to be a
competitive printer assistant on 8 &10 colours Comexi flexo press.

2. February 2001 – May 2010 Ultimate Packaging – Senior Laminator Operator
I set up and run the lamination machine (Schiavi CL660 Unica Combi)on different
applications such as: solvent-less, solvent based, water based, in register one colour
printing and anti mist. I am required to run the following strict speciation’s ensuring the
product is of the highest quality whilst meeting demanding production targets.
Troubleshooting, maintenance and cleaning are also day to day tasks. I also spent 4
years as a slitter operator before being promoted to my current position and I have
some experience as a printer’s assistance (Fischer & Krecke eight colour flexo press).
April 1997-February 2001 ICS Ltd- Ground Handler (Humberside Airport).
At my time at ICS Ltd I was required to work long
unsociable hours loading and unloading baggage to and
from Aeroplanes and Helicopters. Working to tight
deadlines and working as efficiently as possible to ensure
flights left at their scheduled times. Good communication
was essential in this role.
September 1996- Ibwest security-security officer.
April 1997 On moving to England I obtained this position, where I
was required to protect property and equipment. My
duties involved patrolling on foot with a guard dog in
different locations, checking security points and
completion of duty reports.
