PARTICIPATORY RANKING & PRIORITIZATION
83. MGA CRITERIA NA MAAARING GAMITIN SA RANKING
PARTICIPATORY RANKING & PRIORITIZATION
84. Techniques/Methods- DIRECT RANKING
PARTICIPATORY RANKING & PRIORITIZATION
o Pagkasunduan muna ng grupo ang
gagamiting criteria para sa pagpipili ng
priority issues (tulad nitong halimbawa
85. Techniques/Methods- DOT VOTING
PARTICIPATORY RANKING & PRIORITIZATION
o Give each member a certain number of "votes" using
colored adhesive dots. The rule of thumb is each person
gets a number of dots equal to 1/4 the number of items.
Sorting and combining like ideas can be postponed until
after voting, so time is not spent discussing low priority
items. Re-voting can be done several times as ideas are
sorted and clarified. Or, you invest time initial to clarifying
and sorting the ideas, and vote later. The dot voting is a
highly visual and simple method. The disadvantages are
that it takes up majority opinion, and may alienated a
minority group that could damage future group
interaction

PARTICIPATORY SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
✔ A problem tree is a visualization of the
problems in form of a diagram. This is to
help analyze and clarify cause-effect
relationships through visuals.
✔ It is an open brainstorming with
community stakeholders.

STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND THREATS (SWOT)
ANALYSIS PER SECTOR
▪ Applied in assessing the past, present, and future situations in the
area in order to identify internal and external factors that could
inhibit, limit or benefit the different development sectors of the
barangay
▪ The internal factors are the Strengths and Weaknesses
(limitations), while the external factors are the Opportunities and
Threats

MECHANICS
at nakalap na datos (Grouped by Sector - Social, Environmental, Economic, Infrastructure &
Institutional);
isang ideya lamang kada metacard.
