All companies in the COWI Group must have the required
IT infrastructure.

registered in a central database/HR system.
Not all countries can offer high speed internet connections at a
reasonable prise (Africa)

COWI is a communicating company where all employees
carry our brand.
COWI is a dialogue-based organisation, where employees can
expect to be involved in the operation and development of the
company.
The most important communication channel is line of command.
Every decision includes a decision on how it is communicated.
COWI doesn't speak with one corporate voice but with 1000
voices. To empower employees internal communication must:
Give employees access to the knowledge and information
necessary to do their job as consultants and to cooperate on
common goals.
Enable employees to participate in the commercial,
professional, and social development of their place of work.
