2. INTRODUCTION
Since, we have remained quite unorganized for
long to develop multidisciplinary promotion of
sports in India. Hence a fast track multi-action
development is the only solution.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL THREE ACTIONS , NAMELY
1. CREATION OF B.Sc.(COACHING)-SC. COACH
2. MAKING SPORTS –A CORE IN B.Ed.
3.AKING SPORTS – A CORE IN ALL
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES.
3. BASIC PROBLEM
THE FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM IS THAT
WE DO NOT KNOW OUR NATIONAL
PROBLEM, BUT EVERYBODY IS MAKING
CLAIMS THAT THEY KNOW THE
PROBLEM.
HENCE WE HAVE REMAINED WHERE WE
WERE IN 1900s WITHOUT ANY
PROGRESS.
HOW MANY OF US KNOW THAT HELIO-
CENTRIC SYSTEM WAS DISCOVERED IN
1600, BUT ACCEPTED AROUND 1800.

MEANT TO CONTROL THE QUALITY OF
HIGHER EDUCATION, BUT FOR
IMPROVEMENT, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT
NAAC KNOWS WHAT IS HIGHER
EDUCATION. DUE TO AUTHORITY WITH
NAAC NO BODY CAN TELL IT THAT FIRST
SET THE OBJECTIVE AND VALID
STANDARDS WITH THE HELP OF
MEASUREMENT & EVALUATION EXPERTS.
8. HUMAN NATURE
WHEN ADULT, HUMAN NATURE IS OF
THAT MIND THAT NONE CAN TEACH ME,
I KNOW EVERYTHING.
WHILE IT IS TRUE THAT NO BODY CAN
TEACH ANY OTHER BODY, BUT IT IS
EQUALLY TRUE THAT EVERYBODY HAS
TO LEARN THROUGHOUT LIFE WITH
OPEN MIND.

UGC NCTE DECISIONS .
4. START COURSES COVERING BEST COACH
PRODUCTION, TALENT SELECTION AND
TRAINING
