Where the project is starting from, what the
situation or problem that triggered its
development?
Context: Bicycle Service brings more convenience to Hangzhou citizen and
travelers, reduce traffic pressure also. Many tourists come from the whole world enjoys
riding a bike around Westlake. At the bicycle station, people can check information by
touch screen. But, it is difficult to get some bicycle tours for short riding.

3. Project: The main bike stations are equipped with touch screens with user-friendly
interface offering information for tourists including weather, bus route, shopping centers,
etc. But without recommendations on traveling routes for bike riders.

What are the tools and process and how
did it support the local project development?
design role: designer analyze bike traveler’s
needs, by brain storming, mind mapping, design
a user-friendly interface on mult-touch screen.
That is a sustainable way for city travel and
random experience.
