Research Topic:
Limitations of University
Level Teachers From
Bangladeshi Perspectives
Objective of the
Research: To find out
limitations of which kinds in the
university level teachers cases
from Bangladeshi higher
educational system perspectives.
Background of the
research:
In our higher education system,
critical thinking gets less
importance than memorization due
to the continuation of the
conventional higher educational
system. As a result, our university
students are not counted as well-
recognized world class students,
and so, due to the lack of
efficiency, they are unable to keep
pace with the progressive world
class students. In our country’s
educational contextual perspective,
where is the lacking of quality
based education, the lacking of the
skillful students are there.
However, changes will be effective
when UGC's updated adaptive
rules and principles are followed
strictly by every university
authority, and the entire
infrastructure will be changed and
progressive.
The public universities of
Bangladesh follow traditional
educational system although
private universities of this
countries use modern educational
mechanism, but borrowed
pedagogy are taken from the
advanced education system of the
developed countries. Quality
teaching will be implemented
when both public and private
universities teachers’ unique
teaching methodology with
advanced technologies and well-
timed assessment models will be
applied upon their students’ cases.
Well-timed quality, environment-
based changes in the teaching
methodology, students and
teacher’s psychology capturing,
friendly environmental educational
classroom, students and teacher’s
Q/A sessions, students and
teacher’s equal interaction, play a
vital role in both students and
teachers’ efficiency and
betterment.
Surface learners only one passion
is memorization, on the contrary,
2. deep learners only passion is
critical thinking. Universities
teachers have to apply different
kinds of teaching methods upon
their students, teachers have to
discover new methods for applying
methodology upon their students
with theirs clearance and theirs’
indelibility on the specific issue.
However, at the time of the
conducting of the research, what
I have found given below:
But, in both public and private
universities teachers’ reluctance
and resentment from conducting
research, the practice of continuous
knowledge of their own sector,
how teachers both public and
private universities will apply
updated and well-timed teaching
methodology and teaching
psychology upon the deep
learners/critical thinkers?

Bangladesh-Perspective
Hypothesis:
My hypothesis is in both public and
private universities teachers’
reluctance and resentment from
conducting research, the apathy of the
practice of continuous knowledge of
their own sector, how teachers both
public and private universities will
apply updated and well-timed
teaching methodology and teaching
psychology upon the deep
learners/critical thinkers?
Research Methodology:
Limitations of University Level
Teachers From Bangladeshi
Perspectives
At first, before the conducting of
research, I have given importance
which sorts of limitations Bangladeshi
university level teachers have. Then, I
have found out the background of the
limitations Bangladeshi university
level teachers. Keeping them in mind
my research has been conducted.

Observations:
Meticulously, I saw for almost three
years when I was crossing my
graduation at the last level, where I
3. discovered that with every course
teacher of my past university, I used
to debate. The causes behind the
debates were with course outline,
course designing. In my previous
university, no primary basis for any
course we had to read. Besides, the
lacking of knowledge of my course
teachers was. The more I questioned
them, the more they insulted me
which aftermaths effect my
psychology, and finally negative
effect in my thinking. Whatever, I
noticed for almost three years, their
apathy in researching, their reliance
on internet resources. Their
uniqueness and their creativity in
teaching methods are nominal because
no own-related files are of their
possession, they did never use their
intelligence in the creation of any
files, in lieu of they borrowed from
internet and then uploading it,
downloading in Google classroom.
Asking questions, thirst for knowledge
were the main barriers at that
university for me.
For almost three years, I have noticed
my previous faculties' study apathy,
research's apathy, apathy towards
acquiring knowledge, ,apathy towards
the increase of knowledge ranges,
poor teaching method and its
empirical application inside the
classroom while I interacted with
them.
Findings: I have found out the
background of the limitations
Bangladeshi university level teachers.
Keeping it in mind my research has
been conducted. Also, other
researchers on this topic can conduct
their research finding out a many
limitations Bangladeshi university
level teachers.
Limitations of my research:
Data collection process and data
representation on spread sheet, and
also graph analysis are the limitations
of my research.
Conclusion: My hypothesis has
been come true after conducting the
full research.
Main Manuscript
In our higher education system,
conventional curriculum did never
update as yet. In our conventional
curriculum, the innovative and
creative touch did never feel in the
case of designing question papers for
examinations. Theoretical based
4. questions get the most priority than
the empirical questions are designed
for examinations which is why
students creativity can never be
developed. Almost all university
students' preferences towards
memorization over creativity. For this,
the liability goes to the continuity of
the conventional higher educational
system, and those who take over the
responsibility of it. However, it is not
a time of conflict which curriculum is
continuing in our higher education
system, as yet, and who are the
retainers of it, and also, who are the
posterior retainers of it.However,in
our higher education system, changes
will come if the conventional
educational system will under
reformation. But it is a test of time, at
all, whether instant change will take
place or not! The University Grants
Commission's adapted principles are
not updated or reformed with the most
progressive universities' educational
system of the foreign countries that's
why conventional higher education
system in Bangladesh are lagged
behind the developed countries higher
education system. Many catalysts
function behind it. Be that as it may,
teachers in both public and private
sectors are ductile to follow UGC-
based all adapted principles in the
case of continuing research, in the
case of enhancing knowledge ranges,
and in case of gaining knowledge on
educational psychology.
In our higher educational system
(particularly the autonomous and
private sectors), the measurement of
teachers’ efficiency in the application
of teaching methods and teaching
delivery and the wide range of
knowledge gained for every course are
nominally distinct. Those kinds of
teaching methods and teaching
delivery systems are given and applied
by both public and private sector
teachers towards their students; both
of them are borrowed from other
renowned and acknowledged
universities curriculum.
In the case of designing courses, in the
case of determining the time-span of
courses, and in the purposes of the
course objectives and outcomes, no
minimum of unique and distinct
touches is left by both public and
private university teachers, in fact. In
the case of taking these kinds of
initiatives, the reluctances are visible
for both public and private sector
university teachers, let alone, their
involvements in research, their
involvements in the practice of
intelligence in specific subject area,
their involvements in generating
amiable educational environment
teaching based towards students, their
involvements in developing unique
ideas into the tendered minds, and
5. their involvements in acquiring
knowledge enrichments are nominally
appeared before.
First of all, in both public and private
universities teachers’ cases, apathy
towards research with their specific
subject-matters are distinct if the
online based research is executed and
analyzed. On the blessings of modern
technology, research sectors have
expanded. Many online research
platforms-based websites are set up in
the aid of/ in the association of
worldwide network. Many scholars,
doctoral, and postdoctoral researchers
all over the world are uploading their
research papers,
manuscripts,journals,draft papers, and
reference books on the online
research-based sites (academia. Edu,
research-gate, Google Scholar,
IJNRD,JSTOR,TIJER, IOSR, and
IJISRT). But, in our country, a few
teachers of both public and private
universities are engaged in doing
research on their specific subject area
based. For example, if the data of the
public and private universities
researchers are collected and then are
analyzed, the real scenario is visible
how much reluctance functions in
researchers’ cases. So, no alternative
to research in both public and private
universities researchers’ cases.
Secondly, both public and private
universities teachers’ reluctance is to
study. From the, of late, perspective,
both public and private universities
teachers’ knowledge practice and
knowledge gaining attitude are
nominal which is why unique ideas
can not grow into their students tender
minds, and consequently, their tender
minds are lagged behind to keep pace
with the competitive forces of the
world. For instance, in the present era
the accessibility and the availability of
the internet resources dwindle
universities teachers' reading and
researching pro-activeness which is
why dependence on internet resources
are created that encourage their
research reluctance. Downloading
pptx files, MS word files, doc and
docx files, different formatted video
files, and so on are delivered by
teachers towards their students.
Hence, universities teachers’ passion
towards study will be increased if the
reliance of internet resources is
decreased.
Finally, teachers’ involvements are in
generating amiable educational
environment for their students. In this
case, capturing of students and
teachers psychology plays a vital role
to make amiable educational
environment, and so, student-teacher
6. psychology based empirical
knowledge’s application inside the
class are impossible in the teachers'
case unless enough knowledge being
of theirs' possession. Of which
student’s psychological approach at
the beginning of the course, in the
midst of the course, and at the end of
the course may be that depend on the
knowledge of educational psychology.
Therefore, no alternative of study and
research of both public and private
universities teachers, indeed.
On the whole, the inevitability of
doing research must be prioritized by
both public and private universities
teachers, and to conduct quality-based
re-search, there is no alternative of
study and study for both sectors
universities teachers. The more the
universities teachers will study, the
more the universities teachers will
enrich the more they will enrich; the
more they will enrich, the more the
reliance of internet inter-connectivity
will decrease; the more student’s
psychological approach the teachers
will catch, the more psychological
approach the students will capture of
their teachers that will help to make a
better educational environment.
