3. ABSTRACT
• The primary aim of this project is to make the procedure in home automation
more intelligent and user-friendly. "User-friendly" is a term in the title that
means "smooth and easy access" . We discovered that TRIAC is more reliable
than Relay while working on this project. Since there are mechanical parts
involved, relays are more vulnerable to failure. This is why TRIAC is preferred
over relay.
4. INTRODUCTION
• In the modern world, Internet of things
technology playing a crucial role in making a
smart environment. Home Automation is one of
the concepts of IoT. We learned more about
concepts like android studio, PCB architecture,
C++ programming language in nodeMCU for
carrying out the procedure. after a brief study of
the challenge in front of us.
6. IMPLEMENTATION
• The NodeMCU is the project's
motherboard. The blynk cloud is
connected to the nodeMCU. Virtual
pins are presented within the blynk
cloud, and those virtual pins are
used according to appliances. The
mobile app uses the Blynk HTTP
API to control appliances such as
fans, lights, air conditioning, and
heaters.
7. RESULT AND DISCUSSION
• While implementing this project our main
aim is to develop a prototype which is user-
friendly for all the kind of people. In that
terms people like physically handicapped,
aged persons. After a smooth
implementation, we were able to achieve
those goals.
8. CONCLUSION
• This project shows a smart
home automation system that
allows users to monitor their
environment according to their
preferences. We pledge
improved human interaction and
better use of the android
application and TRIAC PCB in
use after studying problems and
challenges in previous projects.
9. FUTURE SCOPE
• Its been more than century that toggle switches are discovered and using them
in our day to day life. It is now time for the planet to evolve. We believe that our
research will assist in setting the stage for this change.
