I worked with Crystal O’Mara for the first six months she worked at Ndevr. I was her direct
supervisor during this time and oversaw most of the projects she worked on.
From her first project we could see her drive and determination to gain more experience within our
technology stack (WordPress / PHP). Crystal grew both as a developer as well as a consultant as she
worked directly with one of our clients. She was very well liked within the team and by the clients as
