Mentee Commitment: Eligibility ID is a MUST with max 3x trial within the Study Group
Mentee Engagement Program: Weekly study group and small session, Dedicated mentor for
each mentee, Collaboration using Google Clasroom and Whatsapp,

Mentoring Methods
The mentoring methods follows the Active-Active Collaborations. Meaning the Mentor needs
to be prepared on the questions that needed be asked and mentee need to be active in the
Study Group by preparing themselves prior the session.

Mentor Engagement Program: Yearly mentor gathering, Mentor’s Outbound Adventure
Mentor Appreciation Program: President Award for Best mentor, Best 3 mentors in each Study
