6. How we can get them on board?
Siemens UK Acquisition
Siemens Offices
Manchester
and London
Siemens is a wide and complex company. At the
beginning it could be hard to generate a first contact.
We need to create a network strategy.
For example, I have identified two Siemens offices (in
Manchester and London) where we can find the
administrative and financial offices.
LinkedIn could help us to understand the structure of
the internal staff and so recognize who could be a
focal hub for our communication.
At this point, it is important to:
- Create a communication net;
- Produce specific papers (Who we are, Siemens UK
and Woodland Trust: why it could be a productive
partnership);
- Hypothetical Financial Proposals;
- Get a business meeting
If it's possible:
- Partecipate at Siemens UK's events
8. This example wants to communicate a parallelism:
Siemens AG has a centenary story to tell, as the ancient woods.
Originally, both of them came from a 'seed' (small Berliner company), and then become strong and
resilient realities, able to withstand crisis and changes.
Protect the past means build a strong future
