1. Leona Lewis Concert
As the lights went down and a blurred image of her face was
projected on the screen, the adrenaline that ran through me was
indescribable! As the camera focused, excitement and reality ran
through me. To be in the presence of such a talented singer was a
great experience.
The dramatic entrance from the young artist really had us all sitting
at the edge of our seats. Asking questions like ‘what’s going on’
and ‘is she coming out of that?’ etc. They really had us unaware!
This is a good device that keeps you intrigued from the very
beginning.
She sings her heart out, expressing her talent and has even the
audience singing along with her. Who would have thought by
starting on the X-Factor, she could become such a success. She
sang some of the songs most of us know but also gave us a taste
of her new album. From slow jams to up-beat dance tunes, she
gives a wide-variety, encouraging the audience to buy her album.
The energy from the dancers really makes you want to join her on
stage and inspires you to become a successful performer too. I
can imagine that she is an inspiration to a lot of young girls and
has clearly developed and got better at singing since the X-Factor
which is astonishing as she was already so good. I would
recommend someone to attend a concert of hers if they enjoy a
mixture of genres in one performance.
