Based in Ulverston on the edge of the Lake District, FETL has built its reputation on providing
quality engineering support services to activities predominantly relating to the upkeep of legacy
plant and infrastructure.
These activities generally relate to maintenance, minor modification, simplification, pre-
decommissioning and decommissioning tasks being undertaken on client sites.
FETL's uniqueness comes from what has developed as a natural extension to our technical
engineering base; our multimedia presentations make an ideal platform for Engineers, Scientists
and Trainers to explain their ideas, methods and options in a clear concise manner.
Projects, processes and operations, even those still at the concept stage can be brought to life

As a natural extension to our technical engineering base, FETL have been providing Visual
Communications expertise in all forms to many industries for over 20 years. We have the capability to
present this in a variety of media forms. For example, we can take details from an as built drawing, actual
equipment, photographs or even sketches and quickly and professionally convert them into your required
visual format.
At its core, Visual Communications effectively use images to persuade, entertain, inform and enlighten an
observing audience of products, ideas and messages. Graphic designers, advertising designers, art
directors and visual artists all utilize various forms of visual media to communicate their ideas to their

Twist-Technology are specialists in the use of
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) for the
acquisition of precision aerial data.
We operate both fixed wing and multi-rotor
aircraft and also have both indoor and outdoor
fully automated flight control capability.
All our Pilots are BNUC-S qualified and our
outdoor operations have been given Civil
Aviation Authority (CAA) "Permission to
Operate" by the EuroUSC (UK CAA Qualified
Entity (Approved Organisation DAI/9932/09)).​
