You can't
concentrate
Wasting your time or energy
trying to keep thoughts out of
your mind because it will pay
you later in improving
concentration. Take short
breaks between long study
hours.
You worry too much
When your thoughts and worries
circle in an endless loop. Instead
of prepare yourself for next
steps, overthinking usually leads
to inaction because it causes you
to become overwhelmed by fear.
Overthinking can be an early
indicator or symptom of
depression and other mental
health conditions.
Poor sleep
Sleep deficiency can interfere
with work, school, driving, and
social functioning. You might
have trouble learning,
focusing, and reacting. Also,
you might find it hard to judge
other people's emotions and
reactions.
Psychology
Psychology is the scientific
study of the mind and
behavior. Psychologists are
actively involved in studying
and understanding mental
processes, brain functions, and
behavior.
