Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
As the Financial Computer Systems Administrator I monitor office workstations within the finance
department to ensure maximum utilization and that authorized programs are loaded correctly. Maintain
peripheral inventory within the office as the equipment custodian. Assist 94th Air Wing users with
financial software issues. Develop new solutions to increase productivity within the finance office.
Perform analytical, technical, and administrative accounting through appropriations, allotments,
reimbursable accounts, and transfers of funds between organizations. Frequent adjustments to
accounting lines, and rebudgeting are performed throughout the year by budget. This consists of
budget formulation and execution, and providing guidance to program managers. Responsible for input
above $70 million a fiscal year, establishing and analyzing midyear budget estimates, trend analysis,
and costs among units assigned to the 94th Air Wing. Preparing weekly Status of Funds for Wing
Leadership to include Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations program and execution data
Ensure that funds are reprogrammed according to the policies and regulations set by higher
headquarters.
Identify and follow policy methods and budgetary policies that affect the program objectives. Develop
annual and multiyear budget estimates. Coordinate unfunded requirements with the resource advisers
when funding is not sufficient to meet their current year mission. I stay in constant contact with my
resource advisers and higher headquarters to ensure that spending funds is done within the regulations

and policies. Recommendations are made to the resource managers on funding and spending. I have a
wide knowledge of Air Force financial and budgetary regulations, and am considered an expert in Air
Force financial systems.
I am the Government Purchase Card (GPC) primary support, and certifying officer for the 94th Air Wing
at Dobbins ARB, conducting monthly training on financial systems with approving officials and GPC
cardholders. to include Commanders Resource Information System (CRIS) , FMSuites, Air Reserve
Order Writing System(AROWSR), BQ, Automated Business Service System(ABSS), and DTIMS Citrix. I
conduct Air Force appropriations, Air Force regulations, and yearly Antideficiency Act training. Training
consists of hands on with the programs that are used, and much needed information to ensure that the
resource managers and approving officials are using every tool and means available to perform their
jobs involving finance and financial systems.
