SUMMARY We think there is no ideal refrigerator. Wepresented some of our fridges which containedalmost the same food. There were mostly milk and dairy products, meatand meat products, vegetables, fruit, juices, jamsbecause their time of use is short. Some products are tastier cold, juices or alcoholdrinks for example. We didn´t have colas andcakes, which was good.
Just a look in the refrigerator doesn´t show us if familynutrition is healthy or not. For that we should have moreinformation, like how much fruit and how manyvegetables they eat per day, how much sugar theyconsume, what is there´s main carbohydrate(rice, potato, pasta), how much fat and salt there´s indaily nutrition and also how food is prepared(cooking, baking, frying).
We think the way of producing food is a veryimportant element in a healthy diet. In ouropinion, organic growing food has a better quality, itcontains more nutrients. Organic farming doesn’tgive us only food that does not contain chemicalcrop protection, moreover, farming is naturefriendly.
Farmers don’t burden the soil, water and air withchemical crop protection and fertilizers, breedinganimals are not tied up. Organic farming takes careof natural balance and stimulates local sustainablesupply.
