9. SUMMARY
We think there is no ideal refrigerator. We
presented some of our fridges which contained
almost the same food.
There were mostly milk and dairy products, meat
and meat products, vegetables, fruit, juices, jams
because their time of use is short.
Some products are tastier cold, juices or alcohol
drinks for example. We didn´t have colas and
cakes, which was good.
10. Just a look in the refrigerator doesn´t show us if family
nutrition is healthy or not. For that we should have more
information, like how much fruit and how many
vegetables they eat per day, how much sugar they
consume, what is there´s main carbohydrate
(rice, potato, pasta), how much fat and salt there´s in
daily nutrition and also how food is prepared
(cooking, baking, frying).
11. We think the way of producing food is a very
important element in a healthy diet. In our
opinion, organic growing food has a better quality, it
contains more nutrients. Organic farming doesn’t
give us only food that does not contain chemical
crop protection, moreover, farming is nature
friendly.
12. Farmers don’t burden the soil, water and air with
chemical crop protection and fertilizers, breeding
animals are not tied up. Organic farming takes care
of natural balance and stimulates local sustainable
supply.
