Welcome to the Department of Rehabilitative Services' Employment Services & Special
Online Forms Programs (ESSP) web site. The Office partners with community rehabilitation providers
Minutes to provide employment and vocational services throughout the state. We provide long-
term support fund management; standards oversight of Employment Services
Consumer Services Organizations (ESOs); administration of the Economic Development Fund, and
ESO Employment coordination and support of special programs such as, Deaf and Hard of Hearing. You
can access all of our activities through the left-hand column.

providers. The Employment Services Organizations Directory provides a search
POS Application capability for ESOs across the State and a direct link to a number of ESOs that maintain
Vendor Services websites.
