Printmaking Students and ESOL For Work -
Upper Intermediate Students collaborated to
create art work to raise awareness of the
diversity of student cultures in the college and
promote respect for all students who study at
City of Glasgow College.
3. Stage 4
The project is entered into the City of Glasgow College Embracing Diversity Award and won two awards – Faculty
of Creative Industries - Commended Award and Overall College – Commended Award and shortlisted for the
college sector Diversity Regional Competition
Stage 3
Students meet to review the poster designs and listen to the working progress of the ESOL written
prose
Stage 2
Printmaking students design poster artwork and ESOL students create written prose about their experience and
what they have learnt form each other
Stage 1
Creative Printmaking and ESOL students meet to discuss the similarities and difference of what it is like to study
and live in Scotland compared to their home countries
