iCobus is a well-run, organized and efficient Employment Business focusing 90% on TEMP & CONTRACT
recruitment and 10% on PERM recruitment and on the market for Consultants and Business Development
Managers to expand our customer base. We run a very efficient, paperless office and all contractor timesheets
and invoicing is completed weekly through our online system, which is a key selling point to our customers &
candidates, saving us all valuable every week, with contractor timesheets and weekly pay roll.

whilst giving you free reign to run your desk, as your own business and help you make a career with us. Our

THE ROLE
• To develop our existing database of clients and candidates by expanding the customer base of our
company.
• Let our established name and brand help you find more clients to give you vacancies and contractor
requirements, to match our existing database of candidates, just as we do now!
• It’s a warm desk with a huge UK candidate database and just need someone to be relentless in their
pursuit of new clients and tapping into dormant clients on our database.
• We provide the candidates, while your business derives from new clients.
• We need a self-motivated ambitious person, who is money driven, hard working and does not
want/need much management on his/her daily goals and activities and running your desk like it’s your
own business.
• Account Management of new clients and warm candidates, to do 90% temp and 10% perm
recruitment.
REQUIREMENT
ESSENTIAL - Previous Technical Recruitment Experience is a MUST, so Technical Recruiting, Technical
Recruitment or been a Technical Recruiter. Engineering Recruitment Consultant, or similar IT Recruitment
Consultant, etc. You would be an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant
who has a technical, or Engineering Background or has an understanding of Telecoms or Datacoms, Audio
Visual Communications, Fire & Security, Mechanical or Electrical Construction, M&E, HVAC, Building
Services, or similar background of recruiting is hugely advantageous.
