Claudia worked in the capacity of a Sous Chef, getting involved in all areas including,
Pastry, Banqueting, Fine dining, Breakfast and a la Carte, however her main focus
was in the Villa Del Palazzo.
During her time working at The Palace she always showed great commitment, energy
and nothing was ever too much for her to do. She would go out of her way to please
guests and would always go over and above the call of duty to create a ‘WOW’ factor
