Brazilian Coach Society.
Claudia has a valuable experience in the implementation of different HR projects including
Coaching and Mentoring Programs, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Competencies
Management, HR Strategic planning, Compensation and Benefits, PPLR linked to performance,
Performance Management, Succession Plan, Talent’s Retention Program, Staff Planning,
Team-building, Conflicts management, HR Policies, Employee Engagement Action Plan.
Claudia has partnered with Global HR teams to implement Global Corporate projects at AT&T,
AECOM and IHS.
At AECOM and IHS, Claudia was named as the Regional HR Head for Latin America overseeing HR
support for countries as Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela.
