• House Renovation (2016) Removing old carpet, painting and refurbishing stairs and wood floor,
patching and painting ceiling and walls.
• General Maintenance (2015-2016) Assisting with painting, and cosmetic updates for a Nussbaum Reality
property.
• New construction Clean (2015). Cleaning of Pathology, to include use of floor machines; Cleaning of
General Medical unit to ensure that the unit was met with Joint Commission/OSHA standards and ready
for patient use by deadline.
• New Equipment Installation (2012 – 2014). Inventorying and swapping the manual Purell pumps for the
touchless wall mounts, organizing and assisting with the Alaris IV pump swap, cleaning and boxing the
old pumps to be shipped out.
• Floor Tech for the Emergency Room (2013). Cleaning and buffing the floors while maintaining safety.
Running a boost automatic scrubber, a buffer and a carpet extractor.
• Organize Scheduled Cleaning rotation (2012). Construction cleans for the Pavilion. Ensuring that the new
addition was patient ready by the designated date.
