To Whom It May Concern:
It is my belief that Chris Rhodes would be a great asset to your organization. He is honest, dependable,
hard-working, has great work ethic, very knowledgeable of multiple sports, has a great ability to learn and
accept new challenges, works well with others at all levels and is a great team player.
I have had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Chris for the past seventeen years. While
working (2013-2015) full-time for the Rutgers Women’s Basketball program, Chris was the Video
Coordinator taking care of all of our video needs: filming practices and games, exchanging film with
opponents, creating highlight tapes for the team and recruiting. His skill set is different from other video
coordinators and he has always gone above and beyond his duties to assist the coaches, players or student-
managers. Chris has always presented himself with the highest integrity, character and class towards my
staff, players and myself.
While Chris was with the Rutgers Football Program in 1998, he approached me about filming games and
creating end of the year highlight videos for women’s basketball. As the relationship grew, he voluntarily
gave as much of his time to our program as he could without compromising his responsibilities with the
football program. I continued my relationship with Chris as an outside contractor after he left Rutgers in
2003, because I felt his work was superb and I could not find anyone who could tell the story, thru video of
our completed basketball seasons any better.
In the ten years he worked as an outside contractor creating highlight videos for my women’s basketball
program, I always respected his work and character, so when the opportunity arose I offered him a position
on my staff in 2013. I think the world of Chris as a person and I support his decision and applaud his
determination to further his career, however, I wish I could keep him on my staff. Please feel free to call
me if you have any questions, 732-445-4251.
Sincerely,
C. Vivian Stringer
