more effectively. Returnon InvestedCapital,(ROIC) Doublesfortargetedsuppliersasa resultof the
project.Projectresultsprovideover $10M in Savings.
KEY PROJECT LEADERSHIP SUPPLYCHAIN PLANNING SOFTWAREVALIDATION
Abstract: Companyneedstounderstandandvalidate SupplyChainSystemalgorithmstoensure that
procurementteamisactingon companysupplychainstrategies.
Action:Provide insightintothe customer’s supplychainprogram, understandthe cognitivechallenges
for the procurementstaff,andrecommend acourse of actionthat allowsprocurementstaff toleverage
knowledge withinsupplychain planningsoftware tools.
Analysis:Extractedandevaluated datainputstothe demandplanningsoftware,validatedand
redeployedalgorithmsof the program,andran multifacetedscenariostounderstand decision-making
processesbyprocurementstaff.
Results: Revisedprocesscutiterative purchasingdecisionprocessby 65% while maintaining
breakthrough TOTAL service levels(97%+) to key customers.
