ES AC 308.
2. Wael Selim 1 41 Adhesive anchor depth related to hole diameter to be
addressed.
The requirements of anchor depth, diameter
of holes, drilling methods, cleaning of hole
procedures, concrete strength and condition
and many other factors that affect the
adhesive anchor installation, performance, and
durability are addressed by the manufacturer
in the Manufacturer's Printed Installation
Instructions (MPII) and covered by the testing
requirements of the 355.4 document. The
three pages of 355.4 modifications that were
reviewed during the public comment period
represent a revision to the actual document
and are only a small portion of the overall

where adhesive material to be applied to make sure that
hole is free of dust , and dust should come out after
blowing air.
See item 2
5. Wael Selim 1 9 Compressive strength limits for using adhesive anchors
should be addressed
See item 2
6. Wael Selim 1 General Chemical composition allowed of used adhesive material
should be provided to make sure it is compatible with
concrete.
See item 2
7. Wael Selim 1 General Anchor strength related to compressive strength of
concrete should be mentioned.
See item 2
8. Wael Selim 1 General Tests of anchors and adhesive material should be
mentioned
