To whom it may concern,
Chester interned with my team at The Mustard Seed Work in
August 2014 as part of his school's work experience program.
During his three week stay with us, he exhibited strong leadership
skills, and was assigned the position of team leader over his peers
from YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College.
I found Chester to be a reliable, polite and respectful individual with
a personable and positive demeanor. He was on top of all team and
individual assignments. Chester often took the initiative to think one
step further when given a task and was disciplined, organized and
systematic in his approach to problem solving the task at hand. I
was extremely pleased with his overall performance and work
attitude during his stay with us and can confidently say that he was
by far, the best intern that we have had in the four and a half year
history of our company and easily beating both local and university
students from abroad.
Overall, I found Chester to be an exemplary young man and I
believe that he would prove to be a valuable asset and team player
to any company or division that he worked in. I would highly
recommend Chester to any hiring manager and am confident that
he would make a valuable addition to any team that was lucky
enough to have him on board.
