entity’s visual identity system. It uniquely and most
commonly identifies the brand. For Andrea Ariel
Dance Theatre creating a distinctive and cohesive
brand is key to differentiating the organization
amongst competitors as a compelling and
trustworthy entity with integrity.

Newburger brand. They indicate the organization in
the absence of all other text and graphic elements.

The logo should be used with an area of open space
around it that is free from all graphic elements such
as text, images and other logos. Generally, the open
space around the logo is defined by the height of the
capital A. The same rule applies when using the icon
by itself.

Each color option should be used appropriately
according to the background color it is placed
on. For grayscale placements, if the shade of
the background is 50% or lower, the black logo
should be used. If the shade of the background is
50% or higher, the white logo should be used for
optimal legibility.
Andrea Ariel Dance Theatre uses four colors for
the logotype and for the logomark. These colors
should not be altered or switched.

Andrea Arial Dance Theatre brand colors convey
strength and vibrance. The primary palette is
navy blue and violet, with a secondary palette
of black, gray, and ivory. Use the chart to find
the Pantone® Matching System (PMS) numbers
(coated and uncoated), as well as corresponding
formulas for four-color process printing (CMYK),
electronic reproduction (RGB), and Hex Values.
