В методическом пособии описаны организационно-правовые и технологические процессы, знание которых позволит инвесторам и предпринимателям оптимально организовать работу по созданию объекта дорожного сервиса.

Отчет по предварительному анализу эффективности работы торговый сети "Текстиль"/ Анализ индикаторов позволяет однозначно сказать о стагнации магазинов сети, для улучшения показателей работы необходимо разработать комплекс мероприятий для реанимированния торговых объектов. Потенциал у торговой сети есть! И даже небольшие вложения человеческих и финансовых ресурсов значительно увеличат показатели. Товарооборот сети постоянно снижается, не смотря на то, что количество лояльных клиентов остается стабильным. Рассматривая индикаторы ФОТ от ТО и средние продажи в день одного сотрудника. Видим, что персонал не замотивирован, одна продажа в час на одного человека (чем они занимаются?), не смотря на то, что доля ФОТ от ТО имеет перекос, уменьшение зарплаты сотрудников, только ухудшит ситуацию. Здесь необходимо в первую очередь работать над ростом товарооборота, работать с ассортиментом и продвижением.
