Responsible for machining raw casting to customer tolerances and specifications by use of various machining processes
including: horizontal and vertical CNC equipment, Broaching, and Rotor Milling. Designing and implementing jigs and
cutting tools for new production launch. Responsible for several customer machining lines where Kaizen’s were
implemented (reduction of cycle time, improvement of machining tool life, improvement of quality, and cost reductions).
Working with vendors on new tooling designs for increased tool life and cutting conditions. Following problem solving
techniques in determining root cause of loss of production. Excelling in troubleshooting techniques by ladder logic.
Responsible for and maintaining machining/assembly line’s Mitsubishi PLC ANDON system for calling of maintenance
