1. Since the beginning of this project I have learnt a lot
about Photoshop, the cannon 600 D and the website
blog.com. Before I started the school and music
magazines I did not know about blog.com and that
you were able to post things about what you do or
have done onto your blog for people to read and
enjoy.
Blog.com has been the main server that I have used
as a media studies student and I have uploaded all
of my course work that I have completed onto this
website where people are able to see it and
comment leaving suggestions.

2. • When we started this project on making a music magazine I did not know
how to use Photoshop very well. I knew the basics on how to shrink and
make a picture bigger but I did not know how to cut and edit the photo to
fit a page or how to use the layering system. Throughout making my music
magazine I learnt how to do these things and much more such as getting
rid of parts of the photo so that you are left with the only bits that you
need, cropping and flipping photos round or so that they are on angles.
This project has helped me a lot in how to use Photoshop and what to do
if I need to edit photos in the future.

3. Canon 600D
• The canon 600D camera was the one which we had to use in our
preliminary task and our music magazine project. These cameras if you
have not had experience with them before are difficult to get a hang of
with the settings and different shot types such as speed shots and motion
shots. I did not know how to use this camera when we began so I was slow
to begin with but overtime the camera got easier to use and the pictures it
takes have great graphics and are very clear. It has an 18 megapixel
resolution and you are able to buy a variety of lenses with the camera.
