1. Character Profiles
Main Characters:
Boyfriend and Girlfriend- Mature teenagers, very innocent couple. They are seen to wear casual
clothes that a mature teenager would wear. Boyfriend; T-shirt, hoody, jeans and trainers. He will be
the one that takes control and drives the car. The girlfriend is very innocent, a cute and petite female
that really relies on her boyfriend to take care of her. She will be wearing; Baggy hoody, jeans and
converses.
A young couple works to survive on the streets of Box Hill in Surrey after their car breaks down right
as the annual purge commences. A person of authority is seen to approach the car to bring a helping
hand as Police are not to be killed in the Annual purge, a sudden change of events brings a horrifying
twist to his status. They are then later ambushed by other purgers and their fight for survival quickly
comes to an end.
Policeman – A manly police officer head to toe in a police outfit. Hat, Glasses. If it rains a raincoat.
Seen as a person of authority and here to help the couple but what they don’t know is that the
police officer is out to purge himself.
3 Different masked groups. (3 groups of 4) These 3 different masked groups will ambush the couple
at the bottom of box hill after the police officer has chased the pair all the way down to the bottom.
They will be dressed in masks and blood, white masks and other scary Halloween masks. This is to
cover their identity and the blood is to let the viewer’s know they are out to purge. They can all wear
white or black t shirts or an old t-shirt they don’t mind ruining. And whatever jeans they like. Will be
a mix of boys and girls the ratio isn’t really a concern.
