Brief description of the project:
Vitrified tiles are basically derived from the word ‘Vitrification’, which means manufacturing of glassy phase in
tiles after firing the green body at a temperature upto 1270 degree celcius to obtain nearly zero percent porosity in
tiles with Breaking strength more than 2500 N. Apart from this we have to maintain planarity of tiles less than +/-
0.60mm with Kiln control division.
