PROJECTS TRANE - Created a Material Transport Cart used to transfer 4, 70-100lb, suction pipes from
various locations and buildings. The pipes could be painted on the same cart without
transferring to new stands. After the painted dried, a crane was used to remove the pipes
and place them directly onto the HVAC unit with ease.
3D MedScan – Utilized Solid Works 3D design software to create 3D printable casts that
perfectly form to limbs. A diamond lattice pattern was cut into the cast to create an
aesthetically pleasing look and allow better air flow throughout the cast. The cast is Abs
plastic, making it water resistant and washable. Because of the plastic, users are able to
swim and bathe with cast on. Casts can be created to be removable using clasps.
