SOLUTION:
Feed.fm’s In-App Radio + Custom Audio Ads
AEO called on the Feed.fm team to bring its popular in-store music strategy to life on mobile in order to create authentic connections
across all customer touch points. In addition, we worked to create a complementary radio experience with sister brand Aerie. AEO
quickly installed Feed.fm’s Android and iOS SDKs to create a well-integrated white-label music player that showcased both brands.
Feed.fm curated the music based on behavioral data from AEO and Aerie users and worked closely with their marketing team to keep
the song choices fresh. We also ran custom, 5-second interstitials to promote the top company priority – Reserve, Try and Buy.
RESULT:
In just 60 days, AEO saw increases in all core KPIs
among users that engaged with radio
216% increase in session times
144% Day 30 retention
235% order conversion lift
AEO | AERIE RADIO drove positive results from the start,
including great reviews for music in the app store and a higher
ranking, due to increased engagement. Moving forward,
we’re working with the AEO team to find new ways to
integrate music seamlessly into the customer experience.
