3. ENERGY DRINKS
An energy drink is a soft-drink (soda) like beverage that
contains A LOT OF CAFFEINE (from 50-500
mg/servings).
Like sodas, energy drinks are VERY high in
sugar.
Manufacturers advertise a “boost of
energy,” as well as vitamins, stimulants,
and supplements.
They market these features as good for
your body and for your mental and physical
performance.

body) which can cause you to collapse and pass out.
Older people my think that they can drive because
they don’t feel the alcohol and they can get into car
accidents
