•Issue: Develop mobile applications spanning several functional areas and backend applications (EBS, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP) to allow “employees to do almost anything from anywhere”
•Solution: Developed 6 mobile apps spanning Sales, Business Intelligence, Employees, R&D, Content. Reused existing FMW skills.
•Results: Reduced integration cost/complexity using SOA Suite to integrate 40 systems, 170 touch points. 6 months from development to production. Colab Consulting – Case Study
•Issue: Expand employee self-service to include mobile access to E-Business Suite HR, Payroll and Rostering domains; integrate with third party applications
•Solution: Cel Mobile app developed using Oracle MAF, WLS to provide self-service options for Employee Profile, Pay, Time Card, Leave, Approvals and Directory Services. Reused existing (EBS) user credentials via EBS SDK for Java.
•Results: Project was completed in 6 months; reduced administrative costs, improved transactional efficiencies and employee engagement.
