I Worked as Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) at Takula Platform for
Four years.
I have worked as boat dispatcher at Takula field.
I worked as radio operator and Dispatcher-1 for four years.
I have experience on I-logistic system.
I have been working at TAKULA field since March 2011 for SPL as
SPL HES Representative and here are my main duties and
responsibilities:
Function as a bridge between SPL Malongo and Cabinda offices with
Takula operations.
Reports to SPL Malongo Base Manager Position.
Coordinates with SPL Malongo HES Coordinator the monitoring of
measurable HES target such as LT(lost time injury) Near Misses.
Ensure compliance by coordinating with SPL Malongo HES
coordinator the drafting of reports and scheduling trainings courses
such as HES module, Fit For Duty,H2S/SCBA and BBS Participation.
Coordinates with Malongo HES coordinator that proper ppe are
delivered to the right employee.
Track absenteeism and timely reports to both Takula time keeper and
Malongo SPL base Manager.
Ensure that all employees receive their monthly pay sleep.
Perform personnel audits on facilities that SPL personnel are working
in regard to PPE’S conditions.
Ensure that all other related issue such as over time, are brought to
attention of the SPL Malongo base Manager.
Serve as liaison between SPL and Takula Safety specialist in filed
safety matter issues.
Participation on Basic meetings
Track all employees one by one their participation on BBS process.

I have strong knowledge in oil industry safety culture and went
through several safety modules.
Good understanding of H2S awareness, SCBA inspection and Refill,
also Cascade system.

I am as well responsible for checking and apply process safety
compliance guidelines as per API 14C and 30CFR250.
