3. Treetops Room
Charming and intimate
Utilise our smaller function space for intimate or smaller cosier
packages.
Built in beautiful western red cedar, this air-conditioned room caters for
upto 120 guests for dinner, conference or cocktail event.
Overlooking our meandering creek and lit by beautiful crystal
chandeliers, this venue offers an indoor-outdoor feel for your
conference or event.
Includes its own outdoor bar with private terrace and outdoor area.
For evening functions your guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and
canapés on our private Kookaburra Deck.

4. The Marquee
Sophisticated and glamorous
Our largest function space.
Silk lined, twinkling fairy lights, grand chandeliers and glittering
candelabras.
Comfortable seating of 140 with a dance floor or 200 guests (no dance
floor) for a formal dinner, conference or 300 people for a cocktail event.
Includes your own outdoor bar with private terrace and outdoor area.
For evening functions your guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and
canapés on our private Gumnut Deck.

5. Kookaburra Deck
Majestic surroundings
Amongst our majestic rainforest trees and overlooking the wandering
stream is available for your private and exclusive use for pre-dinner
drinks, intimate lunches or dinners or smaller cocktail functions.
Includes its own bar and can be used in conjunction with the Treetops
room.

We can organise anything your heart desires. Incorporate your day out
using our beautiful grounds in conjunction with our pool, one of our

breakfast or lunchtime functions where your guests can enjoy the great
outdoors or beside our stream.

Cold Cuts Lunch Menu
• Buffet Platter of cold deli cuts including Seasoned Roast Chicken Sliced Leg of

Optional Extras

15. Other Costs Involved
Corkage
Our venue is a BYO drinks venue (bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You drop your
drinks off a couple of days before and we take care of it. We charge a per head corkage fee to
cover bar staff, ice, water and glassware. A bar will be set up and drink service is available from
the bar. This fee does not cover table service, you guests will replenish drinks at the bar.
Bottles of wine can be placed on the reception tables if you wish.
If you wish to provide spirits they must be premixes, additional charges of $5 per person will
apply for bottled spirits to be served in glasses. The corkage fee applies to non-drinkers as well
as children.

16. Our Terms and Conditions
Licensing
Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens currently is not a licensed venue, we are unable to
supply alcohol and encourage you to bring your own. Please be aware that we are
mindful of our liquor licensing responsibilities, and are unable to supply liquor to
disorderly, unduly intoxicated and underage persons. Patrons showing signs of
undue intoxication or disorderly behaviour will be refused service and may be asked
to leave the premises.
1. Tentative Bookings and Deposits
Tentative bookings will be held for 7 days only. The date is only confirmed when a
deposit of $1100 is received together with a signed booking form. We reserve the
right to cancel your tentative booking and allocate the venue to another client if the
deposit is not received within 7 days.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will be deducted off the total price of your
function.
2. Cancellations
If cancellation occurs, the following conditions apply:
• The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• 50% of the total cost is due 3 months prior to the date of your function. This is a
non-refundable amount. Final Payment is due 21 days prior and is also non-
refundable.
3. Force Majeure
Bundaleer will not be liable for any failure, default or delay caused by an event such
as acts of God, fire, flood, storm or threats/acts of violence that occur beyond the
reasonable control of Bundaleer. In the event of a force majeure, notice will be
provided as soon as reasonably practicable and there will be no further liability to
you in relation to the function nor will there be any further funds payable by you in
relation to the function. All money paid by you to the date of the force majeure will
be refunded to you. Bundaleer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred or
for consequential loss of any nature.
4. Children and Minors
All children must be strictly supervised and remain with parents or guardians at all
times during the function. No liability will be taken with regards to the pool, creek or
pond at Bundaleer. Children must be supervised at all times around this.

17. 5. Payment and Final Numbers
Final payment is required 21 days prior to the function in addition to final numbers
and menu selection. This will be the minimum number charged to your account.
Final numbers are to be confirmed 21 days prior to your function.
Payment can be made by cheque, direct credit or by credit card. (please note a 2%
surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions).
6. Surcharges
Functions on a public holiday will attract a 20% surcharge. Extension of time POA.
7. Insurance/Damages
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage inflicted on the venue or equipment
during the period of hire. All breakages must be paid for. Bundaleer Rainforest
Gardens is careful when looking after its guests and their belongings however, we
cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property of the hirer or
the hirer’s guests during the period of the hire.
8 . Price
The management reserves the right to vary prices quoted. Children under 12 years
half price after minimum numbers achieved.
9. Music
Bundaleer uses an in-house DJ only and permission needs to be sought for other live
musicians. A cost of $50 will be added for outside musicians for reception.
10. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings and function areas and is only allowed in
the designated areas.
