Capability Statement
The Simmons Health Systems Consulting, LLC provides strategic consulting services in the area of health
systems. The mission of SHSC is to assist health care organizations operate efficiently both in service -
delivery and financial structure. Attaining healthcare operation efficiency is increasingly important
within the current evolving healthcare environment. Our clients include for profit, non-profit and
governmental organizations.
As a minority and disadvantaged small business registered with the Small Business Administration (SBA)
we strive to provide the highest level of quality, results and customer service. Our team has over twenty
five years of local, state and federal experience in the operations of healthcare delivery.
What sets SHSC apart from others?
Our team is led by a former Federal Project Officer who assumed jurisdiction over Federal Healthcare
Grants within the Bureau of Primary Healthcare and within the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and
response. She has firsthand knowledge of federal grant compliance both service delivery and fiscal
compliance.
