1. Carnegie Library Staff Meeting

AGENDA
1. Hoopla training (or move it as the last on the agenda if Beatriz needs to leave).
2. Staff negative interactions in front of customers – NOT Allowed. Be respectful to each
other.
3. Carnegie BLOG- everybody checks on a daily basis – for announcements.
4. Customer Service desk coverage (be on time).
5. Shelving – everyone shelves. On Fridays one hour when the library is closed every staff
member (besides scheduled shelving time during a week) shelves, straighten and
organizes shelves, shelf reads if needed for at least 1 hour. Starting today. Everybody:
11am-12pm.
6. Teen Retreat will now be called “The Retreat” to accommodate all age group for After
School Zone (Erika – brief overview). IPad for ASZ (received). TV and gaming cart arrive
soon – look for them in the shipment and let Janna or Beatriz know.
7. Coming in March (03/06) – FREE Healthy Cooking Classes (7 sessions), more details to
come.
8. Flip Kits – send to Children’s Museum when returned.
9. Rusty is leaving. Ana possibly coming. Thank you Rusty for all your great work!
