Carmen is Brand Manager at Leave your Mark Coaching, providing corporate coaching and
training worldwide.
For more than 20 years, Carmen has worked at Fiat Auto Spa (today Fiat Chrysler
Automobiles Group), in the marketing and export department for 15 years, and at the
business development and strategic planning department for the rest of the period.
During her career, she became familiar with the impact of the personal and relational skills
on the business outcomes. As well, she brings a wealth of experience from travelling around
the world and working along different cultures and contexts.
Since 2006 she has been starting her freelance activity in Coaching and Training, with the
aim of impacting positively on the working experience of the people.
Carmen has worked with thousands of Managers and Employees and she is regarded as
passionate, creative, competent and result oriented.
Her career has focused on people, communication and excellence: she is passionate about
enhanced business performance and wellbeing through developing people.
