Profile
President of the No Profit Association of Associated Consultants Aidea. She is expert
in decisional processes and rational and emotional intelligence dynamic work in these
processes. She develops and manages Commercial, Managing and Personal Projects
of Empowerment. She is also expert in didactic design processes and in dynamic
interactive training, changing behaviour oriented through the overcoming of emotional
resistance.
Professional activities
Since 2010 she has been President of the No Profit Association AIDEA. She generates contacts with clients,
develops Commercial Analysis and Training Projects. She coordinates the Consultants Team work and has the
responsibility of the Projects in front of customers.
She worked from 2006 to 2010 in AIDEA s.a.s., Communication, Motivation, Selling, as a Senior Consultant,
Lecturer and Commercial Director.
From 2006 to 2008 she collaborated with Team-working in Teambuilding Projects, and with The Italian
Professional Chef Association (Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani) as a Selling Trainer.
From 2006 to 2008 she collaborated with Il Sole 24Ore as a Master Lecturer teaching Decisional Processes,
with Bicocca University of Milan coordinating for an year a Projecting Team involved in University Financed
Training, and with Thomas International as a Fund Raiser.
From 2007 to 2009 she collaborated with Adwice s.r.l. as a Trainer.
From 2004 al 2008 she collaborated with the University Residences of RUI Foundation as a Self
Empowerment Trainer in Jump www.jumponline.it Project.
In 2006 she participated as a Lecturer to the Meeting “New tools to product value”, organized from Pesaro
band Urbino Confindustria from Consulenti Specialisti Integrati Group, speaking about “Dynamic Outsourcing
Advantages”.
From 2002 to 2005 she collaborated with Laborem Exercens Association as a Course Designer and Course
Coordinator. She worked as a Trainer about leadership and self empowerment, managing, communication,
customer care, front office, public speaking, team leading, conflict management, stress reducing and time
management.
