63. PRE-PRODUCTION
PRE-PRESS
When a designer releases art for production, our team of knowledgeable pre-press
technicians run a series of operations to check and verify that the files are clear of any
potential issues and are ready for print. The technician will then print out proofs, which
are checked for size, content and position and sent to the client. It’s at this point, once
approved, the plates are made and sent out to the presses.
SITE-SURVEYS
We will send our team of installers to our client’s project site and perform a thorough
survey, which includes measurements and photographs to determine any special needs
to complete the project and create templates for client’s to drop artwork into or use as a
design guide.

DIGITAL PRINTING

These graphics are produced on a slip-resistant, industrial-strength vinyl specifically designed for

FOIL STAMPING
typically a commercial print process, this is the application of pigment or metallic foil, often gold or
silver, to paper where a heated die is stamped onto the foil, making it adhere to the surface leaving
the design of the die on the paper. Foil stamping can be combined with embossing to create a more
striking 3D image.

Lenticular printing is a multi-step process consisting of creating a lenticular image from at least two
existing images, and combining it with a lenticular lens. If you require a custom graphic and/or design,
custom is something we do very well. All you have to do is ask.
