We’re all about Creative Ideas and Innovative Solutions
The Beginning
Digital Xpressions opened its doors in 2004. Kayoum Ali and Narissa Ali; the
founders, started the business because they felt that in the industry customer
satisfaction and service was no longer a priority. We opted to change that
by limiting the number of clients we service giving full attention and priority
to the ones we selected. We produce a service that would rival world-class
competition for the small to mid-sized business. The company has realized
significant growth and now enjoys a wide range of clients in our local market.
We are recognized for our excellent and prompt customer service as well as
our unrivalled timeliness.
The Owners
Kayoum Ali (Managing Director) is an experienced Telecommunications
Consultant and has worked within a variety of industry sectors providing both
voice and data solutions for clients. A seasoned entrepreneur, he frequently
consults for ISP’s and large co-operations on their customers infrastructure
needs. He believes that in a competitive market the quest for success lies in
customer service.
Narissa Ali (Operations Director) has over 18 years’ experience as a senior
graphic designer and document specialist. Narissa oversees all projects from
concept to completion, and is responsible for the overall quality of work
produced by Digital Xpressions. She has proven skills in understanding the needs
of the individual client and translates these into effective marketing tools.
The Team
The Digital Xpressions team consists of creative professionals and a strong
management structure that work with a synergy that’s only enjoyed by those
who have a vivid passion for what they do. We firmly believe that the only
way to provide customers with exceptional service is through excellence of
dedication, competence and a world of experience.
