Men are more affected by oral cancer than women. Oral cavity cancer is usually present with a red patch having ill-defined margins that may be slightly raised. It may present as a lump in mouth that is felt with the tip of the tongue. In some cases, oral cavity cancer presents as a non-healing ulcer. In modalities such as Ayurveda, there are medicines like Cancertame, which helps with the treatment of oral cancer when taken in recommended dose.
