CAROLINE is a Senior Regional Manager in Kenya
Women Microfinance Bank. She is a holder of a
Degree in Business Administration (KEMU
University), a Diploma in Technical Education
(KTTC) and a Diploma in BusinessAdministration
(KTTI).She is a registered teacher under the TeachersService Commission (TSC).
Caroline joined KWFT in 2007 after a short stint as a teacher, and through hard work
and dedication, she rose through the ranks to the current position. She has vast
experience and knowledge in Portfolio Management,Credit Risk Management,Credit
Management, Customer relationsand Human Resource Management,
She is based in South rift Region (Kericho) where she is the head of the business unit.
She assists the institution to achieve its overall growth and objectivesby providing
leadershipand enhancing synergy within the different teams in the region. She is
concerned withbudget preparation, implementation and monitoring,policy
interpretation, capacity building and acts as the external representative of the
institution in the area.
